OCWM Law  were pleased to represent Palmaine Ltd in their purchase and planning process for Lakeside Memorial Park which involved the initial purchase of a prominent 24 acre site at Portmarnock in North Dublin that is now the subject of a detailed planning application to deliver a unique Memorial Park . Representing Palmaine, Niall O’Connor confirmed that in preparing the design for this project , great care has been taken to ensure that this project will be fully in tune with local planning, community and amenity needs while also setting a new standard for interment in Ireland. This involved engaging a team of specialist professional advisors including OCWM on the legal aspect.
